Please arrive for the Team Challenge performance at least 10 minutes before the start time because once the performance has started, the doors will be closed and no one will be allowed in.
Food
There will be food trucks on site from 9:30 to 4:30 for you to purchase snacks, lunch and sweet treats. Please bring cash or credit cards and enjoy a variety of delicious foods. This is a fundraiser for our region, so please plan to support this part of our Tournament day.
Parking
Please carpool if possible. If you do not find parking on campus, you are encouraged to drop off your team in the General Parking area. There is parking in the neighborhoods around the school. DO NOT LEAVE AN UNATTENDED VEHICLE IN THE PROP DROP ZONES. This area is for drop off and pick up only
Team Information
Officials
All Officials (3-hour volunteers) will select a duty that fits their Tournament Day plans best. We need help setting up, cleaning up, delivering lunches, keeping our parking lots safe -- there are dozens of different duties from which to choose. When the Tournament schedule is finalized, registered Officials will get a Sign Up Genius link via email where they can pick a duty that does not conflict with seeing their team performance. The most important things an Official can do is be on time for the duty they select and bring cheerful energy on Tournament Day.
Staff Positions
All Tournament Staff are assigned full day roles as a trade for being an Appraiser for their team. Duties range from Parking Manager to Slideshow Creator to Campus Monitor. If you are assigned a Staff role, you will be contacted by the Tournament Directors.
