If you have had some training in the past or just starting this year as a NEW Team Manager, this training is for you. Both experienced and new team managers are welcome!
The ROADMAP says to utilize the various Creative Process techniques, Guided Inquiry and the various Idea-Creation/ Idea-Directing Tools. BUT – What exactly ARE those techniques and tools??? AND – HOW do you get comfortable using them with your team??? That is what this session is about.
This training will make the connection between your 2012-13 ROADMAP, how both you and your team think and work (Dr. Treffinger’s VIEW training), what makes a team, how to deal with problems, how to build an outstanding Creative Process team, and how to utilize Guided Inquiry, Idea-Creation Tools and Idea-Directing Tools.
If you are attending this training as a new Team Manager be sure you are familiar with the Roadmap, Rules of the Road and have met with your team a few times so that this slightly faster pace training will benefit you more!
All attending team managers must have a team number and your 2012-2013 Materials in hand to attend.
